ATALIAN has strengthened its position in Belgium following the acquisition of a regional company Solar Cleaning Services.
Solar Cleaning Services is active in the areas of classic cleaning services and window cleaning services. Founded in 1977, the company mainly operates in the Flemish region of Saint Nicolas, close to Antwerp.
This new acquisition increases ATALIAN geographical coverage on the Belgian territory. “[With this acquisition], we want to assume a distinctive position on the Belgian market of facility services”, explains Guido Perremans, CEO of ATALIAN Belgium and Netherlands. “Over the following weeks, we will integrate this very regional company, with whom we share a common objective: the satisfaction of our clients and collaborators within our various divisions” confirms Mr Perremans.
