ATALIAN’s Human Resources policy aims to attract and nurture talent. To achieve this, ATALIAN has long been committed to supporting its employees. This approach allows us to set-up operational practices that benefit both our employees and our clients. Moreover, ATALIAN is dedicated to setting-up actions in favour of long-term integration of all staff, which in turn guarantees quality of service for our clients.
ATALIAN’s Human Resources policy focuses on 3 main themes :
Preference for own employees
With any vacancy, the District Manager will first establish if there are company employees who wish to increase their current employment rate. These company employees have priority in the recruitment process at all times.
New recruits
If there are no company personnel to be deployed, the District Manager will consult the recruitment reserve. This recruitment reserve, to which every District Manager has access, allows the selection of the ideal candidate using a search engine on the basis of established criteria and competences. This guarantees a quick follow-up.
The recruitment reserve
When a person wishes to come and work at ATALIAN (via ATALIAN‘s website, recruitment websites, by mail, by phone, by letter, personally, etc.) and he meets the criteria and competences, he will be invited to a selection interview with the District Manager, and/or Office Managers of our company.
During the interview, the competencies, knowledge and skills, language skills, experience and the necessary legal requirements are reviewed such as work permits and any training.
If the application is evaluated positively, the recruitment file is compiled and the candidate will be included in the ATALIAN recruitment reserve.
All ATALIAN employees who contribute to the cleaning performance at your premises, are sufficiently fluent in Dutch and/or French, in order to be able to understand all work instructions and to be able to carry it out in complete safety.
