REGIONAL SALES MANAGER FLEMISH-BRABANT & BRUSSELS
Working closely with and reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for actively prospecting potential new customers and ensuring the expansion of the customer portfolio.
You will take the lead and responsibility of your region through:

Active and targeted prospecting and management of existing customer portfolio in your region: Flemish Brabant & Brussels.

Realization of defined sales targets with extra attention to new business but also with focus on retention and cross selling.

Analysis of specifications and associated site visits, whether or not together with a colleague estimator.

Final responsibility for the entire sales process: needs analysis, offer, content, calculation, negotiation, contract, start-up, follow-up, …

Building networks within Atalian and your segment are an important objective.

Sharing your experiences with the entire commercial team on a weekly basis.

Developing your own competencies.

If you have gained this experience in the service sector to companies such as cleaning, catering, security,… then you know where the challenges lie.
